Master your Digital Workspace
We’ve all felt it. That sense of overwhelm as you sit in front of your laptop confronted by a cluttered desktop, a to-do list that never ends, an inbox with too many messages for one person to process. With all this information at our fingertips, it is sometimes hard to know where to start…
Master your Digital Workspace is a workshop providing a variety of methods and habits designed to save you time and energy every day; practical solutions to minimize digital distraction, so that you can focus on getting the important stuff done.
Master AI at Work
The Master AI at Work is another workshop that explores how to effectively use AI in the workplace. It covers how to interact with AI software using natural language and offers guidance on effective prompting. The workshop also provides insights into the development and future of AI, helping you understand its impact on both your professional and personal life.
What is a typical participant like? They are curious. If you're overwhelmed with email, losing track of tasks, or getting frequent follow-up requests, this training can help you work more efficiently and calmly.
Master your Inbox - survival kit for 100+ messages per day.
Are you struggling with the constant overflow of email and other messaging apps? Do you feel your email keeps you from the “real work” you should be doing?
Becoming better at managing email will give you more oversight of your tasks, an increased level of concentration and a sense of calm in your workday. Speedmailing is a simple and practical method that allows you to handle email and your productivity apps like a pro.
The workshop takes 3,5 hours classroom based (or in 2 sessions of 2.5 and 1.5 hours in the online format) in which the participants directly implement the tips and tricks in their own mailboxes (laptops or computers with access to email required). The key benefit is that the participants will be up and running immediately and will have practiced the skills, which will improve the uptake and results on the long run.
Shared mailboxes
In the Shared Mailboxes workshop (in combination with Speedmailing/Inbox Zero) we focus on optimizing individual mailboxes and enhancing efficiency in Outlook and Teams.
The challenge of efficient collaboration in shared mailboxes is thekey topic. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, but with targeted sessions for analysis, clean-up, and training, progress is achievable.
